Who we are
WorkDNA (work.dnafinity.com) is a Human Intelligence OS developed by Mu-AI. We help organizations understand how people work, match individuals to roles, and support professional growth. Our registered contact is [email protected].
What data we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and employer when you register.
- Professional profile data: skills you enter or that managers validate, psychometric assessment responses, work-style signals from daily work logs, and performance evidence.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP, browser, page visits) for security and performance monitoring.
- Consent records: timestamped records of every consent you give or withdraw.
Lawful basis and consent
WorkDNA operates under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We process your professional profile data only with your explicit, opt-in consent. You can withdraw consent at any time from your account settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before withdrawal.
Tenant isolation
All data is isolated at the tenant (workspace) level using database row-level security. Employees from one organization cannot access data from another. Admins and HR roles within your organization can access your professional profile data as permitted by your organization's settings.
Data retention and deletion
You may request an export of all your personal data at any time via your account settings. If you or your organization administrator deletes your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days except where we are legally required to retain it.
Third-party sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database) under data-processing agreements, and only as necessary to deliver the service.
Your rights
- Right to access: request a copy of your data.
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data.
- Right to withdraw consent: at any time, via account settings.
- Right to data portability: download your profile data as a structured file.
- Right to lodge a complaint: with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe your rights have been violated.
