Acceptance

By accessing or using WorkDNA at work.dnafinity.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are a starter and have not been reviewed by legal counsel.

The service

WorkDNA is a Human Intelligence OS that helps organizations map skills, measure role fit, and support employee growth. Features include skill tracking, psychometric assessments, team analytics, AI-assisted matching, and professional profile exports.

Accounts

• You must use a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are provisioned within a tenant (workspace). You may belong to multiple tenants.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

• Use WorkDNA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other tenants or users.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.

Data and privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under PDPA.

Intellectual property

WorkDNA and all associated technology, content, and branding are the property of Mu-AI. You retain ownership of your personal data and any content you upload. You grant Mu-AI a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

No warranty

WorkDNA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. AI-generated scores and recommendations are probabilistic — they are decision-support tools, not definitive evaluations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mu-AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WorkDNA.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
